* তারপর আপনার অ্যাকাউন্ট যাচাই করতে আপনার ইমেল ইনবক্স বা স্প্যাম বক্স চেক করুন।
# 10 টাকার নিচে উইথড্রো হবেনা। উইথড্রো ফী 5 to 10 টাকা ।
# ডিল ফী 6% । সেলার অথবা বায়ার ফী দিতে পারবে অথবা সেলার 50% এবং বায়ার 50% দিতে পারবে। ডিল করার সময় সিলেক্ট করে দিবেন।
# অর্ডার করার পর অর্ডার ক্যান্সেল হলে রিফান্ড হিসেবে প্রসেসিং ফি-টা ফেরত পাবেন না।
কারণঃ বায়ারকে আবার যখন তার রিফান্ড হওয়া টাকাটা ফেরত দেয়া হবে তখন বিকাশে চার্জ কাটবে যেটা আমাদেরকে দিতে হবে সেন্ড মানি করার সময়। তাই ডিল হউক আর না হউক, ঐ প্রসেসিং ফি’টা আমাদের লাগবেই। নাহলে নিজেদেরকে বাড়তি চার্জটা দিতে হবে বিকাশকে।
# বায়ার যে মেথডে পেমেন্ট করবে, সেলারকে সেই মেথডেই পেমেন্ট নিতে হবে। বিকাশ হলে বিকাশ, ব্যাঙ্ক হলে ব্যাঙ্ক।
কারণঃ বায়ার বিকাশে পেমেন্ট করলে, সেই এমাউন্টের টাকা আমাদের ব্যাঙ্ক একাউন্টে সেই মুহুর্তে না থাকতে পারে, এজন্যেই এই ব্যবস্থা। তবে, আমাদের কাছে এভেইলেবল থাকলে পাবেন।
# রিফান্ড পেমেন্ট উইথড্রো দিলে ২৪ থেকে ৭২ ঘন্টা লাগবে উইথড্রো পেতে। এটা মাথায় রাখবেন।
কারণঃ অনেক সময় স্ক্যামাররা ভুল রিপোর্ট করে টাকা রিফান্ড নিয়ে উইথড্র দিয়ে চলে যায় এজন্যই এই অবস্থা।
# Google Adsense বায়-সেল এর ক্ষেত্রে তিন দিন সময় নিয়ে ডিল করুন (প্রয়োজনে Support এর সাহায্য নিন)। প্রতারনা এড়াতে ওয়েবসাইটে ডিল করুন।
কারণঃ অনেক সময় স্ক্যামাররা গুগল অ্যাকাউন্ট রিকভার করে নিয়ে যায়। তাই সময় নিয়ে ডিল করুন।

# সব ধরনের ক্রিপ্টোকারেন্সি লেনদেন নিষিদ্ধ, ডিজিটাল মুদ্রা ক্রিপ্টোকারেন্সি বিনিময়, স্থানান্তর ও ট্রেড বাংলাদেশ ব্যাংক অনুমোদিত নয়। এ ধরনের লেনদেন বৈদেশিক মুদ্রা নিয়ন্ত্রণ আইনে বেআইনি। নির্দেশনা লঙ্ঘন করে এ ধরনের লেনদেন শাস্তিযোগ্য অপরাধ।

***Cross payment is supported but if you have same payment method of buyer, your (seller) withdrawal will be fast. The seller can withdraw money with any payment gateway. For a Big amount (more than 25,000 Taka), you must have a bank account to receive withdrawal money.
From time to time, our Swap Deal Risk Management Team will suspend members, and lock them out of our website. This is done to protect the integrity of our marketplace.
The most common reasons for account suspensions are:
- Multiple Accounts
- Only 1 account per person is allowed. If you create more than 1 account, then all of your accounts will be suspended.
- Avoid sharing Payment accounts or credit cards with another member.
- Avoid letting your friends access their accounts in your computer or device.
- Encourage friends or relatives to create their own accounts rather than let them use yours.
- Offsite Trading
- We do not permit members to post personal contact information (e.g. phone number, skype, email, whatsapp, imo etc.) on Swap Deal via onsite message or for-sale offer content, with the intention of moving a transaction outside of Swap Deal Bangladesh. This policy is in place to protect our buyers and sellers from being scammed.
- Suspicious Activity
- Avoid using VPN, TOR, or Proxies.
- Use your real name and postal address at registration.
- Do not use the disposable email address at registration.
- Do not use VOIP phone numbers at registration.
Harassing or abusing another member.
Posting inappropriate (nudity, slang, abusive words) content, title, media, etc.
Submitting fraudulent evidence during the dispute resolution process.
Occasionally, a system bug or mistake by our staff.
If you believe that your Swap Deal account has been wrongfully or mistakenly suspended, please submit a request for review to our Risk Management Team.
- If you are interested in an account in Swap Deal, do not visit any website or platform to communicate with the sellers. You have your own risk to do so.
- After your successful payment, we’ll call the seller to transfer the account. As soon as the seller responds to us, we’ll do the transfer. The seller might not be available for a short time, then we’ll let you know about it. Feel free to contact Live Support immediately.
